But a faulty mirror fold motor is not. I took a look in my WIS at the fusing on your car. The mirror controls are not individually fused, but the unit ( N69/1 left door control module) that drives the left mirror motors is fused by f13 (25A). N69/1 also controls the left power window motors etc, so if those are working OK the fuse is good.

B200 2006, Sports pack. The sideview power folding mirror on my driver has stopped folding. It came stuck in the open position a while back but while tinkering with it a few days back it started folding when the vehicle doors were locked remotely, though it would fold only 80-85% of the way.

It saved me roughly $1400 over what Ford wanted to replace the entire power folding towing mirror. just fyi to help out other forum members who may be having sticker shock at the dealer over this.

My passenger side mirror wont fold in. The drivers side does, and both will extend. Dealership says no parts available to repair, they say fix is to replace entire mirror. Its a ridiculous price – has anyone had a similar problem and found how to fix this?
