NO, NO FUEL IS GETTING TO THE FUEL FILTER, EVEN WHEN i CRANK IT I believe the fuel is coming from the tank to the filter , then to the fuel pump? No sediment, I se a hose coming from the top of the tank down into the gas, Is the the gas line?

There are 3 hoses connected to the fuel pump, two of the hoses are fuel lines and one is the pulse line. You may have a bad fuel pump or cracks in one of the 3 hoses connected to the fuel pump. See image below. filter and fuel lines by the fuel pump. On engines not feed fuel to the carburetor.
