How do you turn BioLite off?
To manually power off, hold the power button for three seconds. After manually turning the fan off, it may automatically turn back on if the stove is still hot. This protects the electronics inside the power module and ensures that embers burn down to ash.
How do I know when my BioLite is fully charged?
When all four LEDS are lit and the top light is solid, charging is complete. From an empty battery this will take about 2 hours.
How long does the BioLite battery last?
Over a week of evening wood fires on low power, I only needed to charge it once. The app lets you know how long the battery life will be at each fan setting. At full charge, it has approximately 26 hours at low power, and at max power, about three.
How do you charge a basecamp BioLite?
Just plug it in to a nearby computer using your double sided USB cord (located in your BioLite CampStove Box) and let it charge for 2-4 hours. The bar above the USB port will be blinking orange to show that it is charging. After that, you are good to go!

Is the BioLite firepit a thermoelectric generator?
The FirePit uses the same combustion technology as CampStove 2 and BaseCamp but does not have a thermoelectric generator.
