Go to your nearest Ford dealer and ask for part number RH-153 for the updated replacement EGR cooler hose. Replace requires only removal of the hot side charge air cooler tube (two 11mm fasteners on the clamps at each end), and the two TX-30 oil cooler outlet fasterners on top of the oil cooler, and LOTS of finesse.
