How do you reset the security on a 2008 Dodge Avenger?
To perform a reset of the 2008 dodge avenger anti-theft system, you will insert the ignition key and turn it to the on spot, and then attempt to start the engine (crank over), the engine does not run. With the key still in the run spot, wait 10 minutes, and the safety light will flash and then go out.

2002 Dodge Ram Security malfunction, if battery is dead charge then disconnect 15 minutes to 1 hour, computer will reset, reconnect battery. Car starts normally. Happens to me if I am parked I turn the car off then turn it back on without opening a door.
Why is the brake light on on my Dodge truck?
