To remove the factory bulb, simply reach up behind the bumper and find where the bulb plugs in to the back of the fog light with your hand. Push inward on the top and the bottom of the bulb socket with your fingers and simultaneously pull outward to remove the bulb housing.

Unless something changed from the 2015/16 to the 2017, the bumper does not have to come off to remove the air dam. Can’t believe they would go that route except to tell you they have to remove the bumper to get out of doing it for you. Its quite easy to do with tools or….a high enough snow berm / curb >
