How do I find out my Sky account number?
There are three easy ways to find your Sky account number:
- At the top of your monthly statement.
- Log in to My Account and your account number will be shown on the My Account Dashboard or in Account Details.
- Email the crew and they’ll gladly assist.
Is your Sky iD your account number?
Sky iD is your sign in for our online services, such as My Sky, Sky Go, Sky Store, Sky Broadband Shield, Sky apps, and more. It consists of your email address (or a username) and a password. This is the first user to create an iD and link it to the account.
How do I access my Sky account?
You may check your current balance by logging on to mysky.com.ph/myaccounts, or via the mySKY app. Just go to “Account Overview” inside the “My Profile” tab, and then choose the registered account you’d like to check.

Follow this link to go to the Sky iD sign in screen. Then click the Forgotten Username link. Choose to have an email reminder sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up or choose to use your Sky household account details to verify your account and immediately view your username on screen.

The viewing card is located at the front of the box in the bottom right-hand corner – on some boxes it’s exposed, however on others it’s behind a plastic cover/flap which can be pulled down. If you’re still seeing the message, reset your viewing card.

Sign into the My Sky app with your SkyID. Select Manage account, then TV followed by TV settings. Select Activate next to Activate card and follow the on-screen instructions, entering the details you made a note of earlier.
