A little over fill is not a big issue. However, if the tank is topped off, then you could have issues. The tank needs air space, as when various cylinders are operated the tank level will go up and down. Check your sight glass and lower the oil level if needed.

Why is my Kubota Tractor not lifting weight?
Suspected Hydraulic oil bypassing into engine by checking fluid colours and levels. Changed all Oils, both filters, cleaned screens (2). Bucket worked great for an hour or so then started to slow and not lift much weight. Rebuilt pump with O rings and seal, a little better but got even worse than before.
