Why is my exhaust manifold cracking on my Ram 1500?
Now because they are not breaking the manifolds are, due to increased stress. My left manifold cracked in the 30k mile range and had it swapped out. Either a design flaw or the people that are casting these things are producing a lower quality product. Hopefully it won’t happen again.
