It has a couple of problems with the central locking. Problem 1; after unlocking the car the front door on the passenger side cannot be opened from the outside. I have to get into the car from the driver’s side to open the door.

Why are my power door locks not working?
Replaced all four back in 2002 and they are all still working very strong. How is it going to catch on fire? The resistors are there so if you hold the button down, it wont burn out the motor. As time goes on, either the resistor becomes more resistant, or the motor requires a bit more juice to cycle.
