Why is my Trans not working on my truck?

The truck will run fine for 2 days then all of the sudden the “check trans” light will come on and the truck will not shift out of low gear. We have done several trans services on it, it has already been at the dealer 4 times and it is still doing the same thing. Anyone ever have anything like this? Or any suggestions?
