Why is my Gaggia Classic leaking water?

Why is my Gaggia Classic leaking water?

If the wand is leaking from the end of the wand it means the steam valve is not fully closed. Try tightening the knob down firmly. Is water supposed to come out of steam wand?

How many holes does a steam wand have?

Generally, we recommend a two hole steam tip for steaming less than six ounces of milk, and a three or four hole steam tip for steaming more than six ounces of milk. Keep in mind that as steam boilers increase in size, so does steam volume and power.
