Definitely confuse Master switch does not work at all for the passenger window all other windows work. The driver side window switch works but only goes up not down. Any other suggestions? You can also unplug the switch and supply 12V+ and a ground directly to the motors leads to roll the windows up or down. If the windows move in one direction the problem is not the motors it is the wiring or lack of a ground or power because of the switch. Was this answer helpful?
