Why is my AC compressor not getting power?

95′ 378. AC is not working. System is charged but compressor clutch will not engage. No power at compressor. It does engage if I jump it off a 12V source. I have power in and out of hi and low pressure switches. Any thing I’m missing or do I need to start looking for a broken wire somewhere?

I get power everywhere except to the compressor and if i ground the # 87 pin on the relay it will engage the relay. I am out of ideas! Check all connections behind the controls for the HVAC in the cab. There is either a short or open wire between the AC switch and the relay.
