Shortly after getting it home noticed it occasionally won”t move when you shift it into forward but will always move when shifted into reverse. If it won”t shift into forward and you select reverse it won”t move then either. Shut it off and restart and then it will move.

Hi ok the first thing we might check is the seat switch. at the back of your bottom cushion there is a 2 pin {or wire} plug. unplug this plug check continuity at the seat switch {under the cushion} it should be open if you are not in the seat. Now sit in the seat and you should have continuity.

Why does my Deere 6400 tractor not move?
If a 2 shift lever powerquad, take the gear shift out of park and when shift lever is moved from neutral to first gear forward or first gear reverse the shift linkage underneath should move again. If linkage does not move, you could have a broken shift cable.
