Why does my dash fan not work anymore?

Yesterday my dash fan vents suddenly didn’t work anymore. The A/C and Recirc buttons still light up, but the fans don’t work (at any speed setting) and when I turn the dial on the right hand side to switch from one set of vents to another, nothing happens there either.
