Why does my Chevy Tahoe only unlock halfway?
Sometimes the doors will only unlock halfway and other times the drivers door will unlock but the passenger wont. Any idea what might cause these problems. It happens whether i use the inside locks or the remote.

My 08 Tahoe has similar issues. After 15k miles the drivers door would no longer lock/unlock using the key fob or electric door switch. Dealership repaired by replacing actuator.

In prior model years, customers were able to select “Doors Lock Manually” from the DIC. However, starting in the 2005 model year, this selection was removed.
