On vehicles equipped with HID headlamps, an auxiliary relay box is located under the hood on the right hand side front of the engine compartment. This auxiliary relay box contains the left front and right front HID headlamp relays.
Is there no power on the small terminal on the starter relay?
I checked with my test lite and confirmed that there is no power on the small terminal on the starter relay. It is the small terminal with the “L” shaped rubber boot that is a push in type connector.
How is the solenoid connected to the starter relay?
In other words the wire with the angled boot is the power wire that triggers the solenoid and connects the power from the battery to the starter. Why do the tail lights work but not the turn signal?

Can a brake light be a turn signal switch?

There are 2 rubber drains about 2″ wide, one on each side. You can stick your finger in them to see if they’re plugged. You can also pull the plastic cowl covers off to check from the top. Might as well change the cabin filter while you’re in there. also check the grommet right on top of the junction box.
