Are there grease points on a Dodge Ram?

There are no grease points on any suspension/driveline components on your truck if everything is factory. You can buy aftermarket ball joints, tie rods, U joints etc that are greaseable. How do you Grease a tie rod with no grease fittings?

If you need to grease a ball joint or tie-rod end and it has no grease fitting, there is a way to grease the non-greaseable joints. What to use is a needle adapter on the grease gum. The needle adapter can get grease into almost any area that a typical grease gun can not reach.

Can a grease gun be used on a trailer?

I have a grease gun I use for my trailer hubs and I’m guessing I can use same type of gun. Good question. I figured these days everything we used to hit with a grease gun was sealed and lubed for life… Unless you have replaced ujoints with greaseable ones you will have none. I only have 2 locations in my truck.
