– When I hit the throttle hard until 4000 rpm and let off it shifts at about 2500 rpm. When 2nd gear is engaged, If I continue with a heavy load on the throttle it downshift into 1st. To keep the 2nd gear, I must be soft on the throttle. I notice also that if I put the lever in 1 I don’t have engine braking ?
