When does a car not start or turn off?
On 11/22/2019 the car would not start and it also would not turn off, it was stuck in acc and on mode, it took about 3 hours to get the car to completely shut down. Also, while I’m driving when it actually moves it acts like it wants to cut off while driving on the streets.

Even sometimes but rarely engine turnes off without any reason and after a few minute I was able to start engine again.
