Ford doesn’t replace the actual lcm, all they do is install a “bypass harness” to bypass the issue which does not fix the problem. I left the dealership with the same lights still not in working condition. Again, stated on receipt. The problem fixed itself and I assumed it went away.

Hello I was informed that my vehicle the 03 Crown Victoria had a recall on the lighting control module which has not been replace in my car but Ford is unwilling to give part to fix. Takata recall my 98 Ford crown vic head lights turn on and off when I drive.
