Dealer performed diagnostics and found that there is a 9 milliamp draw which Chrysler says is well within the 35 miliamps allowed within specs.

How often should I Run my Dodge Journey?
Now the car is fine as long as you drive it at least once a week or run it for 10 mins after sitting for 5 days. Oh and someone did put a battery saver device in it. But that part was disconnecting the battery while driving since the headlights would flicker at idle. I removed that device when I did a battery replacement.
