Assuming thats the bolt at the bottom of the shift tube the part # is N806584-S437 they retail for $2.78 each but you might have to buy a package of 6 from the dealer, you might find a local dealer that has them in stock because they break quite often. Looks like the spring needs replacing too.

How to change the transmission on a Ford F-250?
Use a screwdriver to lift the tab above the connector so that it can be turned and removed. Remove the screw holding the wiring harness in place and pull the harness out of the way. Pull the retaining clip off the solenoid, and slide the EPC out. Slide in the new EPC, replace the clip and harness, screw, and o-ring. Figure 3.
