Powerhouse sell’s 1.6 ratio roller tip stock type Vortec for a decent price.. Might look into them.. You could buy the plates GM sells to convert center bolt covers to the old rail style style valve covers, buy a set of tall covers and you’d have all the clearance you’d need.
