I recently installed OEM Ford clearance/cab lights on my 2002 f-250. I used Motoman’s Madness write-up, Marty’s (Maintain) from Powerstrole.org, and the instructions that came with mine. This write-up pertains mostly to 1999-2003 F-250/350/450 etc…but will work with newer models as well.

Where are the running lights on a Ford truck?
If not you will just have a cap on the wire harness. The blue arrow points to it’s location. If you lay on your back with your feet out the front of the truck you can look under the left side and see the wiring harness for the DRL Resistor (This photo is taken from that view).
