This is called the Front Display Interface module.I show a part number of W710147-S.It is usually an internal fault with it that causes this issue with it needing replaced.Unfortunately my info is not showing me an actual cost but some of these can run over $300 in some cases.

Ok so…update. Pulled fuse 67 (made MUCH easier by the discovery of the fuse pullers in the engine fuse box!), it was fine, not blown. Put it back in, tried turning car on and still no display. Next I disconnected the negative wire on the battery, left it off for a minute and reconnected.
