Blem means “blemished,” and the blemishes are cosmetic only and do not affect the performance or functionality, translating into significant savings for you. These products are still considered brand new.

Do you need a FFL for a stripped lower?

Since the stripped lower is the only component considered a firearm, all other parts and assemblies can be purchased legally without visiting an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) dealer. That includes the upper receiver.
