Is BB30 the same as BB386?

A BB30 chainset is designed to work with a 68mm shell with the bearings mounted inboard. A BB386 chainset is designed to work with a 68mm shell but the bearings are mounted outboard i.e. the crank spindle is 18-20mm longer.
