Where does reverse light go on a Chevy Colorado?

Reverse light power would likely best be found on one of the a-pillars, as that is something that is run to the rear view mirror connector, but I’m not sure up which a-pillar the harness runs. I would guess that it heads that way from the kickplate in front of the door, but again, I’m not sure which side.

FOR THE CREW CAB: After making numerous calls to dealers, I finally found information on the SPEAKER wiring diagram for the Colorado Crew Cab . They are as follows: Apparently, in some models, the RIGHT REAR door has blue wires. If this is the case, here is the polarity: Dark Blue (+); Light Blue (-)

Is there an issue with my Chevy Colorado ignition?

OK, I just joined a couple days ago, but have been reading for a couple weeks here since I bought my 2004 Colorado a month ago. It started to have an issue with the ignition. Symptom was that with the key out of ignition the radio, and dash lights would stay on even after locking the vehicle with the key less entry fob.

Where can I find wiring schematics for a Chevy Colorado?

If your questions are about a first gen truck, you can find the wiring schematics here. If you’re talking about a second gen, I would guess that there is a reverse power wire somewhere behind the radio to control the camera display.
