UPDATE Issue found. $106 in diagnostics and it is the #7 injector i just replaced, Its faulty. The knock goes away when they increase power demand on the injector at idle.

May sound stupid, but can someone tell me which cylinder on a 6.6 Duramax is no. 7 I am looking at the engine form the radiator and I know its on the left, but is it the last one on the left or the second onefrom the rear on the left. I have dtc 207 and 2146 and am going to try the ice pick fix but need to know which cylinder to work on
