What causes a 7740 SLE to come up E46?

What causes this? e46 is usually a follow uo to a blown fuse something to witht he gearbox. i drove a 8340 sle and it brought up e46 but it goes away when the fuse is replaced, i dont know what the fuse is but this problem happened after the e41 code came up e46 on the 7740 is #12 fuse blown dont know if it is the same might look

What causes Ford New Holland 7840 error code E41?

E41 is due to the C3 clutch solenoid open circuit. Suggest you swap postion of solnoid to C2 postion and see if the fault moves, if solonoid faulty E43 will be displayed.
