Do you own a Vauxhall vehicle? There appears to be a known problem with the “Emissions Warning Light” to come on and permanently stay on. Vauxhall will not acknowledge that there is a problem. On researching this it seems to affect Agila’s, Corsa’s and Vectra’s. Not sure yet if other models are known to have this problem.

I dont worry about it, but its good if you can find the cause. Apparently it is emission control system fault- emission limits exceeded MAYBE NOT? I had it MOT in Feb, all OK and I also had it serviced in August. Any ideas as to what it can be?

Why is the emission control light still on?

The emission control light came on this morning and has stayed on. I’ve driven the car, left it parked up for 1 hour, started the engine again and the light is still on.
