What’s the difference between Volvo AWD and Haldex?
I ve been told that the early volvo awd on 850 awd and v70 system has more power transferred to the back wheels as opposed to later ones, before they switched to haldex. Volvo calls Haldex 3 & 4 Instant Traction, because it will activate the rear wheels with just 15 degrees (1/24th) of a front wheel spin.
