My 2016 ST3 has had intermittent backup camera issues for a long time, probably about a year. Either the screen gets wavy, turns black, or says “camera unavailable”. Unfortunately it’s completely random and probably happens once a week.

Ford owes you, do not take no for an answer. It is not like you would be making this up, there is no logical motivation for that. I know it is frustrating for the dealer too. They can’t fix something they can’t prove needed fixing.
