Nothing came damaged. The INC100 has a sticker that says made in China but the quality looks and feels great. There is no main power on/off switch but I can live with that. The battery cable and AC cord are about 8 feet in length each and felt heavy duty. The battery clamps are strong and insulated but im not a fan of the 45 degree angle.
