Why are the trailer lights on my Ford Escape not working?

This morning no trailer lights. Tested the trailer on another car and it lit up. Replaced the 40amp trailer tow module, still no lights. Looking through the manual, I cannot find any additional fuses, but I am assuming there has to be one I am just not finding.
