How long does etix take to refund?

When a transaction fails on our site, we send the card issuer an automatic reversal for any charges that may be pending. At that point it’s up to the financial institution to issue the money back to your card—on average it takes 6-10 business days.

Does etix give refunds?

Etix will issue refunds ONLY if an event is canceled in its entirety. Refunds for rescheduled events will be provided only with the venue’s or promoter’s approval. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase.

What are the terms and conditions for oztix refunds?

Oztix act as agent for the Presenter, and as such, we can only refund tickets in accordance with the Presenter’s terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, Oztix has no liability to you. 13. We do not replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase, except in limited circumstances.

What to do if your oztix event has been cancelled?

If your event has been cancelled, the original ticket purchaser will receivean email with instructions on how to claim a refund. If your event has been postponed, with no new event date, please know that the event organisers are working hard to secure dates. There is no need to contact Oztix at this time.

Do you have to write a review on oztix?

Write a review on ProductReview.com.au ! Avoid OzTix, they don’t refund booking fees and it’s significantly more expensive than other ticketing companies. They charged $9 for a booking fee disgraceful how an event can be cancelled out of your control and you don’t even get your money back.
