Visiting Moon Valley independently is easy. There are two ways that you can get to Valle de la Luna, either by taxi or by public transport. Taxi: From the southern zone of La Paz, a taxi to Moon Valley will take around 15-20 minutes and cost around 30 bolivianos* one way ($4USD).
