That’s how they would do it at the dealership. weedahoe did a fuel tank upgrade and he hooked-up the power to the pump to get the fuel out. Maybe you can do remove your fuel the same way he did during his upgrade. Looks like he had the tank out. If I had access to the tank I’d just throw a tube in and siphon it out.
