- To turn them off, press the button again. They also turn off automatically after 10 minutes or if the vehicle speed exceeds 3 mph.

The Heu strips and Osram cans can already dim, So o need/reason to have those lights dim. The fact that you said the lights came on while you were installing the new bulbs with switch ” OFF” not dimmed tells me that you still have power coming from somewhere.

Now they will not adjust in brightness or even turn off in response to either the switch or remote. I uninstalled the switch and put a toggle switch in its place, and the toggle switch worked fine. A non-fancy boring dimmer switch with no remote also worked fine with the track lights.
