The neutral safety switch loses communication with the shifter and all the car does is “click” when you try to start it. Happens randomly and about every 2 weeks. I found by putting the car in neutral it will start. First it started with my horn. I could be driving and it just starts going off. It could be parked and the horn would just go off.
