Most Garmin products do not contain user-serviceable parts. We do not provide repair parts or instructions because: Special skills and training are required to properly and safely repair complex electronics.

How do I send my Garmin for repair?

Please contact Garmin product support to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending the device. When you send in your device for a repair/exchange, we ask that you send in only the device.

Does Garmin have a satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, Garmin retail stores will refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase and subject to the following conditions. Customers are encouraged to visit the retail store in order to properly facilitate a refund or exchange.

Can you get Garmin screen replaced?

Within this period, Garmin Australasia will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.

You can check the status of your repair or exchange online by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Check Order Status Page.
  2. Enter the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number without any letters.
  3. Enter the shipping zip code provided when the RMA was initially set up.
  4. Select the Go button.

How long is the Garmin warranty?

Can a Garmin watch face be replaced?

If your watch lens is scratched, cracked, or broken, Garmin can offer an out of warranty replacement for your watch. To request replacement service, please contact Garmin Product Support. Cosmetic damage of any kind is not covered under Garmin’s Consumer Limited Warranty.
