Traffic through the park moves quite slowly so you have plenty of time to look around and enjoy the lights. The Spanaway Fantasy Lights are popular so if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night, expect to wait—sometimes a few minutes, sometimes an hour. If you go on a Monday through Thursday night, there is usually no wait at all.
