I have a 2003 F-250 7.3L. Today I jumped in to go to the store and while waiting to make a left hand turn with brakes on I was unable to turn the steering wheel. I let off the brakes and the wheel would turn. When moving and brakes applied to slow down the wheel turns but more brake pressure, less wheel turn.
