Sorry if this is a repeat of someone else’s past problem but I have a 2001 MK3 2.0 Mondeo Zetec and the passenger door central locking will not work when using the remote or the key in the door. All other doors will lock and unlock with the remote and key in the drivers door lock.
How do I unlock the passenger door on a Mondeo?
All other doors will lock and unlock with the remote and key in the drivers door lock. The passenger door will lock manually on it’s own, but will not lock/unlock all other doors when locked/unlocked.
Why does my Ford Mondeo lock not work?
I have the same problem with my 2008 Mondeo. The left rear door will not close neither open together with the other ones. The lock moves easily when I operate it manually. The modul should have electricity because it stirs sligthly at the end positions, but it does not move when I place the handle into the middle position.
Is there any way to test central locking?
The passenger door will lock manually on it’s own, but will not lock/unlock all other doors when locked/unlocked. If I remove the door card to access the mechanism is there any way of testing the locking soleniod etc and which wires should I use and how should I test?

How do you open the trunk on a Ford Mondeo?
