If there is no operation of the doors at all (switching from defrost-floor-vent) then verify vacuum supply on the vacuum line at entry of the firewall (it’s easiest to get to).

After installing a new blower fan motor the ac would only come out the defrost vents. The factory vacuum check valve is very hard to get to. So i bypassed it. Now it is working like it should and ac comes out the dash vents. I do not have a vacuum reservoir installed i will have to see if i will need to add it later.
