I have a new truck 1999 International with DT466e. Ebay Injectors look just like the ones we commonly replace ourselves in our 3126E Cat. Wondered if there is a written step by step injector replacement guide for the DT466.

How can I tell if my injector tip is cracked?
You may have a injector tip cracked or worse yet broken off, Use a temp gun and find the defective cyl by measuring temps of exh manifold per cyl. pulled valve cover and all injectors, thermometer showed all exhaust manifold temps around 200 except one at lower temp around 150. middle two showed over 300 in just like two minutes from cold at idle.

Why does my dt466e have diagnostic trouble code 124?
Diagnostic Trouble Code 124 may be set due to an open or short to ground on the signal circuit, a defective sensor or an open V REF circuit. When code 125 is active the amber ENGINE lamp is illuminated and the odometer displays the message WARN ENG.
