Why do you need a pedestal washer and dryer?
Definitely helps make the washer and dryer a better height for putting clothes in and transferring wet items to the dryer. We ordered two of them, they both came packaged differently so be ware that it might look like there are items missing but check the drawer for them before you return the item.

Dryer will not connect to this pedestal. This is a bracket design, not a clamp design. The bracket and the screws are designed to lock in the washer feet, but the dryer just sits on top and does not attach, by design…. because of the dryer feet being different.
