Stuff a little drill up the outlet to ensure clear & reconnect. Then apply syringe + washer pipe to clutch bleed nipple, open nipple & suck, while watching for descending level in the reservoir. Report back. It’s topped up to the level but nothing comes out of the outlet so I think a bit of drill sticking may be required !!
